Azerbaijan’s Religious Leaders Thank President Aliyev for Financial Support

Leaders of Azerbaijan’s religious denominations have sent a letter of gratitude to President Ilham Aliyev following his order to allocate financial assistance to religious organizations.

According to reports, the letter praised the move as a demonstration of the country’s ongoing development of state–religion relations and highlighted its importance for preserving unity, solidarity, and social stability in Azerbaijani society.

The religious leaders expressed appreciation for the state’s continued attention to the religious sector, noting both material and spiritual support provided under the initiative.

The signed order allocates a total of 6.3 million manats in financial assistance to religious organizations across Azerbaijan.
