No Loadshedding During Sehri, Iftar in Ramadan: Owais Leghari

Islamabad: Federal Minister for Energy Owais Leghari has directed authorities to ensure uninterrupted electricity supply during sehri and iftar in the holy month of Ramadan.

The minister instructed the Power Division that there should be no loadshedding during sehri and iftar timings, even in high-loss areas.

He said that load management would be adjusted during hours other than sehri and iftar.

Separately, the Sui gas companies announced that gas supply during Ramadan will be provided from 3:00 am to 10:30 pm.
