Pakistan and Russia Review Relations as Dar Condemns Islamabad Terror Attack
Islamabad : Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar on Monday received the Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Pakistan, Albert P. Khorev, for discussions covering the full spectrum of Pakistan Russia relations.
During the meeting, both sides reviewed bilateral cooperation and reaffirmed their shared commitment to further strengthening ties between Pakistan and Russia across areas of mutual interest.
The Russian ambassador expressed condolences over the loss of precious lives in the terrorist attack at a mosque during Friday prayers in Islamabad. He conveyed sympathy with the victims and their families.
Condemning the heinous act of terrorism, Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar reiterated Pakistan’s unwavering resolve to combat terrorism in all its forms and manifestations. He expressed solidarity with the families affected by the tragic incident.
