The two leaders agreed to remain in close contact as the situation continues to evolve.
Separately, British High Commissioner to Pakistan Jane Marriott called on Ishaq Dar in Islamabad, where discussions focused on the worsening regional environment. The deputy prime minister reiterated that diplomacy and dialogue are the only sustainable solutions, emphasizing the urgency of an early resolution to the conflict.

Both sides exchanged Eid greetings and agreed to maintain close coordination in the coming days.
