Pakistan, Kazakhstan Sign Eight Education MoUs to Boost Academic Cooperation
Pakistan and Kazakhstan have signed eight Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) in the education sector aimed at promoting joint research collaboration, faculty and student exchanges, collaborative academic programs, and capacity-building initiatives.
The MoUs were signed during a meeting in Islamabad between a 25-member delegation from the Republic of Kazakhstan, led by Minister of Science and Higher Education Sayasat Nurbek, and representatives and stakeholders from Pakistani higher education institutions.
During the meeting, both sides reviewed the existing framework of bilateral cooperation and explored new opportunities for collaboration in higher education, science and technology, medical education, research, innovation, and academic exchange.
Pakistan and Kazakhstan reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening institution-to-institution linkages and enhancing people-to-people connectivity through expanded educational cooperation.
Implementation of the MoUs will be facilitated by the Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training, with coordination by the Higher Education Commission to ensure effective execution and sustainable outcomes.
