Pakistan Showcases Defence Capabilities at Riyadh Exhibition 2026
Riyadh : The Global Defence Exhibition 2026 officially opened in Saudi Arabia’s capital, with participation from 80 countries, including Pakistan.
Pakistan’s delegation includes major institutions such as Global Industrial and Defence Solutions, Heavy Industries Taxila, and the Pakistan Ordnance Factory. The exhibition features a range of defence equipment, including the Hatf-VII (Fatah-2) missile and other systems that strengthen Pakistan’s defensive capabilities against regional threats.
Defence Minister Khawaja Asif attended the event at the invitation of the Saudi government, alongside Minister of State for Interior Talal Chaudhry.
Chaudhry emphasized that the defence agreements between Saudi Arabia and Pakistan have significantly strengthened bilateral relations, enhancing cooperation and stability between the two countries.
