PM Shehbaz Holds Call with Qatar Amir on Regional, Global Issues
Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif held a telephone conversation on Tuesday with His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Amir of the State of Qatar.
During the warm and cordial exchange, the two leaders extended heartfelt felicitations to each other on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan and prayed for peace and tranquility for the Muslim Ummah.
Both leaders reaffirmed their shared resolve to further strengthen the deep-rooted fraternal relations between Pakistan and Qatar.
The prime minister and the Qatari Amir also exchanged views on regional and international developments and reiterated their commitment to continue working closely together to promote peace, stability and prosperity in the region and beyond.
