Shehbaz Sharif Hails Azerbaijan’s Role in Launching Pakistan’s Asan Khidmat Markaz

Islamabad: Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif on Thursday expressed his gratitude to the President of Azerbaijan for his exceptional support in establishing Pakistan’s first Asan Khidmat Markaz, describing it as a major step toward citizen-centric governance, enhanced public service delivery, and facilitating ease of doing business.

Addressing the inauguration ceremony after touring the facility, the Prime Minister thanked President Ilham Aliyev for helping establish the center, modeled on Azerbaijan’s internationally recognized public service system. He noted that the initiative would not have been possible without Azerbaijan’s guidance and cooperation.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif also acknowledged the contributions of the Chairman of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations (SAPSSI) of Azerbaijan, the Pakistani ambassador, and other stakeholders for their support. He praised the Minister and Secretary of Information Technology, along with the relevant departments, for their collective efforts in making the center operational.
