Wall Street Journal Reports Trump Considering Limited Strike

According to the Wall Street Journal, US President Donald Trump is considering a limited military strike against Iran. The proposed strike could target Iranian military units or government facilities.

The report states that the aim of a limited strike would be to compel Iran to accept a nuclear agreement. Should Iran refuse the deal, the operation could escalate into a broader conflict.

Previously, President Trump had emphasized that diplomacy remains his preferred approach on Iran but warned that military force could be used if necessary.

During his address at the first Gaza Peace Board meeting, Trump also warned that failure by Iran to reach an agreement would result in severe consequences. He reiterated that Iran would not be allowed to possess nuclear weapons and said the time had come for Iran to move onto the path of peace with the United States.
