BCB President Arrives in Pakistan for Emergency ICC Meeting

Islamabad: Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) President Aminul Islam has arrived in Pakistan to attend an emergency meeting of the International Cricket Council (ICC), according to sources.

Sources said Aminul Islam is expected to be part of emergency consultations involving the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and the ICC. It was added that the heads of both cricket boards will participate in the ICC meeting virtually.

During his visit, the BCB chairman is also scheduled to meet PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi. Following his participation in the ICC meeting, Aminul Islam is expected to depart for Dhaka later in the evening.

Sources further indicated that other board members may also attend a meeting of the Asian Cricket Council (ACC).
