Bilal Azhar Kayani Highlights Economic Stabilization, Calls for Constructive Opposition Role

ISLAMABAD: Minister of State for Finance Bilal Azhar Kayani reaffirmed the government’s commitment to steering Pakistan toward sustainable economic growth during a Senate session on Thursday.

Addressing a calling attention notice, Kayani said the government plans to enhance exports and create job opportunities for the population.

Alluding to what he described as flawed policies under the previous PTI government, Kayani highlighted that the current administration had stabilized the economy over the past two years.

He also urged the opposition to adopt a positive and constructive approach in parliamentary proceedings.

The Senate session concluded with the House being prorogued.
