Pakistan, Saudi Arabia Move Toward Joint Energy and Mining Projects
Islamabad : Federal Minister for Petroleum Ali Pervaiz Malik has said that the deep-rooted brotherly relationship between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia is steadily translating into practical outcomes, including investments, technology exchange, and joint development initiatives.
The minister expressed these views during a meeting with Saudi Ambassador to Pakistan Nawaf bin Saeed Al-Malkiy, who paid a courtesy call on him in Islamabad to discuss bilateral cooperation in the energy and minerals sectors.
Ali Pervaiz Malik noted that the Future Minerals Forum in Riyadh has provided a significant platform for strengthening collaboration between the two countries, particularly in the fields of energy development, mineral exploration, and strategic resource cooperation.
The Saudi ambassador подчеркed that sustained and continuous engagement between Islamabad and Riyadh is essential for expanding cooperation in the mining sector, highlighting the importance of long-term partnerships and institutional collaboration.
Both sides agreed to further strengthen bilateral cooperation in the areas of energy and minerals, reaffirming their shared commitment to building durable partnerships that support economic growth and sustainable development.
