Imran Khan, Shah Mahmood Qureshi Named in Epstein Documents Amid Polio Program Correspondence

A recent media report indicates that Pakistan or Pakistani citizens are not prominently mentioned in newly released Jeffrey Epstein documents; however, the files do reference former Prime Minister Imran Khan and former Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi.

Some emails between Epstein and the team of Bill Gates discuss polio programs, with a few messages involving Boris Nikolic, former advisor to the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. In one email, an unidentified individual informs Epstein that polio teams in Pakistan and Nigeria are facing attacks and queries what role Epstein could play in this context.

Another email sent in 2010 between Epstein and J.P. Morgan executive Justine Stanley promised meetings with several high-profile foreign figures, among whom Shah Mahmood Qureshi is named. In communications between Nikolic and Epstein, it was noted that Bill Gates was reportedly displeased with the Pakistani media for reporting a telephone conversation with Imran Khan, fearing it might impact the polio initiative.

A separate email dated September 2018, sent by JD Zitelin of Goldman Sachs, addressed to Epstein, stated that despite support from China, Imran Khan’s leadership was likened to a vehicle accident in slow motion.

Indian media also reported that in one email, Epstein expressed a liking for the Pakistani shalwar kameez. He inquired about the garment, learning that the pants are called “shalwar” and the shirt “kameez.” Epstein reportedly remarked that the outfit could also be worn by Indian political parties and indicated he would like to purchase five additional sets, requesting slightly larger shirt sizes.

The email further stated that a shipment of five Pakistani garments was on its way to Epstein.
