Asif Ali Zardari Extends Best Wishes to Iran on Islamic Revolution Day
Islamabad : President Asif Ali Zardari has conveyed his warm felicitations to Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, Leader of the Islamic Revolution of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and to the people of Iran on the 47th anniversary of the Islamic Revolution.
In his message, the President noted that Pakistan and Iran share a relationship deeply rooted in common history, language, culture and geography, which has strengthened and grown more vibrant over time. He expressed confidence that this spirit of brotherhood will continue to flourish, contributing to prosperity, stability and harmony for both countries and the wider region.
President Zardari also extended his best wishes for the good health and well-being of Ayatollah Khamenei and offered prayers for peace, progress and prosperity for the people of Iran.
